3. How much money can I save?

Impossible to put a figure on this as prices vary from airline to airline and week to week.

4. Are there any times I can't travel?

Yes. This offer is not available for use on British Bank Holidays/Public Holidays including Valentines Day, Christmas, New Year and Easter.

5. What’s the catch?

There is no catch, you just need to book a minimum of 3 night's accommodation, you can choose between 3, 4 and 5 star accommodation at your destination of choice.

6. How much does the accommodation cost?

7. Do I have to eat in the hotel or pay for any meals?

11. What if you can’t get flights from my preferred airport?

13. What happens if I am given an offer, for the dates and destination I asked for, but I change my mind and decide I can’t go on those dates?

Before your booking is confirmed by the travel agent you will have an opportunity at this point to change your dates and destinations but once booking is confirmed no changes can be made.

14. What if there are more than 2 travelling?

We will be happy to offer no obligation competitive quotes at the time of booking for taking additional passengers.

15. Where can I stay?

The central reservations team have access to a plethora of 100’s of hotels to choose from. So we advise you when speaking with an agent stating what requirements you have i.e. you want to be in certain location, near subway, close to airport etc. The agent can then search your criteria and send you details of hotels to choose from on email or in the post.

2. How can I book my hotel stay?

Select your preferred hotel from the Directory but note their period of acceptance of the offer. Phone the hotel and explain that you have a ‘Counterpoint Free Accommodation Hotel Directory voucher’. Once hotel has accepted your reservation you must send confirmation in writing along with any deposit required. It’s as simple as that.

3. Where can you stay?

There are over 170 hotels to choose from throughout the UK and Ireland.

4. What ratings do hotels come under?

The ratings are clearly stated within on Page 2 of the Directory. The majority of hotels within this scheme are rated.

5. Is the accommodation free/where is the catch?

There is no catch the room is completely free subject to availability at the hotel of your choice. There is a minimum daily rate to be paid on breakfast and dinner that starts from as little as £29 per person per night.

6. Is there a minimum stay required?

The majority of hotels state you only have to stay for one night however some hotels state that you must stay for a minimum of two nights. This is clearly stated within the hotels acceptance description in your Directory.

7. Can I use all 3 vouchers in the booklet for one booking?

This may be possible but is at the hotel’s discretion.

8. Are single rooms available?

Single rooms may be available at a supplement please check with your chosen hotel?

9. Does the daily rate include drinks?

No.
