To Hire
All garments should be returned back to your local store. In the event of any delay in returning garments it is important that you contact your local store at the earliest opportunity. Please note that additional costs may be incurred for late return of any item - see terms and Conditions for details.
To Buy
We hope that you find your order more than satisfactory and to our usual quality standards.
We understand that you may wish to return your purchases and you have 14 days to decide this, providing that the garments are in a resaleable condition unused and in the original packaging
Exchanges
If it is an exchange that you require please contact our customer service team on 0800 389 1860 who will instruct you to return the items which you wish to return as per the above procedure and take your replacement order. Note that if the garments are not received in 14 days from the conversation or if the garments are not in a saleable condition then we reserve the right to debit your account for the full amount of the damaged/lost items
Refunds
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after we receive your garments back.
If the returns document is not filled out it will increase the time it takes to process your refund. 1860 will give you a refund of the full amount that was originally paid for the garments (but not the postage).
