Returning your garments

To Hire

 

All garments should be returned back to your local store. In the event of any delay in returning garments it is important that you contact your local store at the earliest opportunity. Please note that additional costs may be incurred for late return of any item - see terms and Conditions for details. 

 

Please note that if you miss the courier time you may be liable to additional charges. If the courier is missed you should contact the customer service number as soon a possible to rearrange a collection.

 

Refunds

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after we receive your garments back.
If the returns document is not filled out it will increase the time it takes to process your refund. 1860 will give you a refund of the full amount that was originally paid for the garments (but not the postage).
