Damaged / Incorrect Items

With our process of the hire suits coming into your desired store over a week before the event (if ordered 2 months in advance), there is plenty of time to allow for a second fitting and in the event of the customer not being happy with the hire garment there is enough time to be able to exchange it, at our cost and still have the perfect outfit for the occasion.


If the hireware item is returned damaged and/or incorrect, the full amount will be taken from the deposit for the garment. Please see Terms for full conditions.
